Duncan, Dunnwald Selected Heart Baseball Players of the Week

The Heart of America Athletic Conference announced its Heart Baseball Player of the Week awards on Monday afternoon.

Cedric Dunnwald earned the Heart Player of the Week honors, while Tanner Duncan of Missouri Valley was selected the Heart Pitcher of the Week.

Dunnwald hit .455 over four games against Clarke, as the Mustangs won the series going 3-1 against the Pride.

The senior hit two home runs and had six RBI's in game two.

Duncan threw a complete-game shutout against Culver-Stockton for the Vikings, as he allowed just two hits and struck out 11 batters.
