Heart Baseball Players of the Week, Presented by BoxOut Sports – Week 10

OVERLAND PARK, Kan. – The Heart of America Athletic Conference is pleased to announce the Heart of America Baseball Players of the Week, presented by BoxOut Sports.

Player of the Week

Derek Einertson of Mount Mercy is this week's Heart of America Baseball Player of the Week. Einertson tallied a hit in all five games this week, recording at least four RBI in four of the games. He hit .471 on the week and drove in 11 runs including a big Grand Slam in game three against William Penn.

Pitcher of the Week

Gavin Allen of William Woods is this week's Heart of America Baseball Pitcher of the Week. Allen pitched a complete game against Baker on Saturday, allowing just two hits and one earned run, while striking out five batters on the way to a 2-1 win.
