Missouri Valley Wins 2026 Heart Competitive Cheer Conference Championship
Missouri Valley College captured the 2026 Heart of America Athletic Conference Competitive Cheer Championship on Saturday at Grand View University in Des Moines, Iowa.
Missouri Valley earned the conference title with a final score of 92.92, narrowly edging host Grand View University, which finished second with a score of 90.62. Baker University placed third with a score of 90.45.
The championship featured ten Heart institutions competing for the conference title, showcasing the strength and growth of competitive cheer across the conference.
Following the competition, the Heart recognized its top individual performers and coaches for the 2026 season.
Abby Reynolds of William Penn University was named the 2026 Heart Competitive Cheer Coach of the Year, while Hailey Stephenson of Missouri Valley College earned 2026 Heart Cheerleader of the Year honors.
