William Woods Sweeps Heart Tennis Player of the Week Honors

The Heart of America Athletic Conference announced its Heart Men's and Women's Tennis Player of the Week awards on Monday afternoon.

William Woods University swept the awards, as Robbie Schorr was named the Heart Men's Tennis Player of the Week, while Hanna Lindeboom earned the Heart Women's Tennis Player of the Week.

Lindeboom, who is the No. 27 ranked golfer in the NAIA doubles ranking and No. 35 singles player, went 2-0 in doubles last week with wins over Missouri Baptist and NCAA DII Southwest Baptist. She also went 1-0 in singles, defeating Missouri Baptist's Nirva Patel, 6-2-, 6-2.

Schorr won his doubles and singles match against NCAA II Northwest Missouri and won his singles match against Heart rival, Missouri Baptist's Nicolas Sanchez, 7-6, 6-1.
