Central Methodist Sweeps Heart Men's Indoor Track and Field Athlete of the Week Awards – Week 2

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The Heart of America Athletic Conference is pleased to announce the Heart of America Men's Track and Field Athletes of the Week.

Men's Track Athlete of the Week

Isaac Lawson of Central Methodist is this week's Heart of America Men's Indoor Track Athlete of the Week. Lawson set a new school record in the 400-meter dash with a time of 49.05.

Men's Field Athlete of the Week

Brian Shine of Central Methodist is this week's Heart of America Men's Indoor Field Athlete of the Week. Shine hit the B standard in the triple jump with a jump of 14.53 meters to take home third in the event.
