2026 Heart Indoor Track & Field Conference Championship Set for Feb. 20-21
The Heart of America Athletic Conference is excited to host the 2026 Heart Men's and Women's Indoor Track & Field Championships on Friday, February 20 and Saturday, February 21 at the Hughes Fieldhouse in Maryville, Missouri, on the campus of Northwest Missouri State University.

The following teams will be competing at the event, Baker, Benedictine, Central Methodist, Clarke, Culver-Stockton, Graceland, Grand View, MidAmerica Nazarene, Missouri Baptist, Missouri Valley, Mount Mercy, Park, William Penn, and William Woods.
Last year, Benedictine won its second-straight Heart Men's Indoor Track & Field Conference Championship last year and Central Methodist won its third Heart Women's Indoor Track & Field Championship in the last four years.
The top three finishers in each event will be considered 2026 Heart Indoor Track & Field All-Conference athletes. 1st Place = First Team All-Conference, 2nd Place = Second Team All-Conference, 3rd Place = Third Team All-Conference, and fourth, fifth and sixth place finishers in each event will be considered 2025 Heart Indoor Track & Field Honorable Mention All-Conference.
Major award winners from the Championships including the 2026 Heart Women's Indoor Track & Field Coach of the Year, Heart Women's Indoor Track & Field Assistant Coach of the Year, Heart Women's Indoor Track Athlete of the Meet and Heart Women's Indoor Field Athlete of the Meet, as well as the 2026 Heart Men's Indoor Track & Field Coach of the Year, Heart Men's Indoor Track & Field Assistant Coach of the Year, Heart Men's Indoor Track Athlete of the Meet and Heart Men's Indoor Field Athlete of the Meet, will all be announced on Monday, Feb. 23 on the Heart of America Athletic Conference website and social media channels.
The two-day championships will begin at 2 pm on Friday with the Pentathlon and will resume on Saturday at 9 am with the Heptathlon.
