Heart Men’s Volleyball Players of the Week, Presented by BoxOut Sports – Week 1

OVERLAND PARK, Kan. – The Heart of America Athletic Conference is pleased to announce the Heart of America Men's Volleyball Players of the Week, presented by BoxOut Sports.

Attacker of the Week

Tanner May of Clarke is this week's Heart of America Men's Volleyball Attacker of the Week. May had a career-high 17 kills in the team's season opener this week and hit .527 on the week as the Pride went 3-1 to start the season. He also had five service aces during the four games and had seven blocks.

Setter of the Week

Benjamine Reiser of Clarke is this week's Heart of America Men's Volleyball Setter of the Week. Reiser produced 42 assists in the team's five set win over Viterbo and followed that up with 40 assists in just three sets in the win over Park-Gilbert. He also had six kills and three service aces.

Defender of the Week

Tucker Juhnke of Morningside is this week's Heart of America Men's Volleyball Defender of the Week. Juhnke tallied 47 digs on the week with a week-high coming against Central Christian with 15 digs. He tallied three service aces and averaged 3.35 digs per set.
