Heart Men’s Volleyball Players of the Week, Presented by BoxOut Sports – Week 2

OVERLAND PARK, Kan. – The Heart of America Athletic Conference is pleased to announce the Heart of America Men's Volleyball Players of the Week, presented by BoxOut Sports.

Attacker of the Week

Murillo Silva of Park is this week's Heart of America Men's Volleyball Attacker of the Week. Silva recorded 39 kills over two matches and posted a combined hitting percentage of .542. He made just seven errors on the week and helped the Pirates to wins over Missouri S&T and Rockhurst.

Setter of the Week

Jovan Nikolic of Park is this week's Heart of America Men's Volleyball Setter of the Week. Nikolic recorded 72 assists in two matches, averaging 10.29 assists per set. He also tallied 13 digs and had two blocks for the Pirates as they went 2-0.

Defender of the Week

Colt Schmidt of Dordt is this week's Heart of America Men's Volleyball Defender of the Week. Schmidt averaged 4.77 digs per set as Dordt went 4-0 on the week. He picked up a week-high 22 digs against Hastings and had three service aces on the week.
