Heart of America Announces Runner of the Week Awards - Week 3

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The Heart of America Athletic Conference is pleased to announce the Heart of America Cross Country Runners of the Week.

Men's Runner of the Week

Ray Kosgei of MidAmerica Nazarene is this week's Heart of America Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week. Kosgei was the top finisher in the Grand View Invite over the Weekend, running a time of 26:55.3.

Women's Runner of the Week

Haley Carter of Baker is this week's Heart of America Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week. Carter took home first place at the Grand View Invite on Saturday, posting a time of 23:22.72, marking a personal best.
