Heart of America Announces Runner of the Week Awards - Week 6

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The Heart of America Athletic Conference is pleased to announce the Heart of America Cross Country Runners of the Week.

Men's Runner of the Week

Drew Pate of Clarke is this week's Heart of America Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week. Pate finished in 10^th place at the Brian T. Simpson Invite on Saturday with a time of 26:50.

Women's Runner of the Week

Delaney Straus of Culver-Stockton is this week's Heart of America Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week. Straus finished in first place at the Trojan Invitational with a time of 20:05.5 to break the course record by 1:06. This win helped the Wildcats to their teams' first ever team win with 42 points.
