Heart Softball Players of the Week, Presented by Musco Lighting – Week 2

OVERLAND PARK, Kan. – The Heart of America Athletic Conference is pleased to announce the Heart of America Softball Players of the Week, presented by Musco Lighting.

Player of the Week

Joely Crider of Central Methodist is this week's Heasrt of America Softball Player of the Week. Crider had at least one hit in every game this week, going 6-for-13 on the week. She had one double, two home runs and six RBI on her way to a batting average of .462 as the Eagles posted a record of 4-0.

Pitcher of the Week

Myel White of Park is this week's Heart of America Softball Pitcher of the Week. White threw a complete game against Avila this week with eight strikeouts, while allowing just one earned run.
