No. 6 Central Methodist’s Daryna Bachkarova Earns Heart Women’s Basketball Player of the Week

After leading No. 6 Central Methodist to a 75-64 win over No. 13 Sterling (Kan.), Daryna Bachkarova was selected the Heart Women's Basketball Player of the Week on Monday.

The senior from Minsk, Belarus scored 22 points and had eight rebounds in the victory. She also knocked down five, three-point baskets.

The Eagles are a perfect 4-0 on the season and open Heart play on Monday, November 21 with a home contest against Graceland.
