MIDAMERICA NAZARENE CLAIMS 2026 HEART WOMEN'S BASKETBALL REGULAR SEASON TITLE.

The MidAmerica Nazarene University women's basketball team clinched back-to-back Heart of America Athletic Conference regular-season championships with a win over Benedictine College on Saturday night, securing the program's first No. 1 seed in the Heart Women's Basketball Championship. The Heart of America Athletic Conference Regular Season Championship is presented by WinWon.

The title marks the seventh regular-season conference championship in program history and the second since 2021. 

The nationally ranked No. 10 Pioneers finished conference play at 19-1 and improved to 23-3 overall.  

MidAmerica Nazarene will host No. 8 seed Central Methodist in the quarterfinal round on Wednesday, Feb. 25, in Olathe, Kan. Tipoff is set for 7 p.m.
