Dines, Franco Earn Final Heart Men's and Women's Golfer of the Week Awards of 2025

The Heart of America Athletic Conference announced its final Heart Men's and Women's Golfer of the Week awards of the 2025 season on Monday afternoon.

Gavin Dines of Baker University earned the Heart Men's Golfer of the Week, while Gabriana Franco of William Penn earned the Heart Women's Golfer of the Week.

Dines won the 2025 Heart Men's Golf Conference Championship individual title last week with rounds of 75, 72, 76. The sophomore won the championship after a one-hole playoff.

Franco tied for the individual title at the Mount Mercy Invitational last week with her rounds of 79 and 79. She would eventually win the championship after a card-off tiebreaker.
