Heart Women's Soccer Players of the Week, Presented by WinWon Technologies - Week 5

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The Heart of America Athletic Conference is pleased to announce the Heart of America Women's Soccer Players of the Week, presented by WinWon Technologies.

Offensive Player of the Week

Mariana Barreto of Central Methodist is this week's Heart of America Women's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week. Barreto recorded back-to-back braces in CMU's two wins over Missouri Baptist and Culver-Stockton. She finished the week with four goals including the game-winner against Culver-Stockton.  

Defensive Player of the Week

Faith Krapfl of Clarke is this week's Heart of America Women's Soccer Defensive Player of the Week. Krapfl was rock solid in a pair of shutouts on the week as the Pride picked up two wins. She had one save in the 1-0 win over Mount Mercy and five saves in the 2-0 win over William Woods.
