CENTRAL METHODIST CLAIMS 2025 HEART WOMEN’S SOCCER REGULAR SEASON TITLE
The Central Methodist University women's soccer team clinched the 2025 Heart of America Athletic Conference Regular Season Championship following a 3-0 win over Baker University on Wednesday night.
The nationally ranked No. 13 Eagles finished their conference slate undefeated at 12-0-1, marking their seventh Heart regular season title in the past nine years. Central Methodist's consistency and control throughout the season have cemented the program as one of the conference's most successful in recent history.
With the title, Central Methodist secures the No. 1 seed in the upcoming Heart Women's Soccer Conference Tournament, beginning Wednesday, Nov. 5. The Eagles will open tournament play at home next week.
In addition to the conference title, Central Methodist also earns one of the Heart's two automatic qualifiers to the 2025 NAIA Women's Soccer National Championships.
