Grossklag Garners Fifth Tennis Recognition
KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Evangel freshman Amy Grossklag claimed her fourth-straight Heart of America Athletic Conference Women's Tennis Player of the Week on Monday morning.
Grossklag earned her fifth honor of the season after posting two more victories on the court for the Crusaders. A native of Bonita Springs, Fla., Grossklag claimed a 6-1, 6-0 win at #1 singles as well as a 8-2 triumph at #1 doubles to help Evangel to a 9-0 victory over Baker.
Grossklag will represent the conference in the running for the NAIA Women's Tennis Player of the Week award, which will be released no later than Tuesday afternoon each week.
