The Heart of America Athletic Conference shows two teams on the podium at the 2026 NAIA Women's Wrestling National Championship. William Penn University comes in as the NAIA Women's Wrestling National Runner-Up with 158.5 team points and four individual national champions, and Grand View University coming in third-place with 145.5 team points and individual finishers.
